Key personnel requirements include a Project Manager (10+ years experience), Design Project Manager (licensed in OK, 10+ years PM experience), Quality Control Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, and Project Superintendent (5+ years construction experience). All personnel require AFMC Form 387 identification badges for site access.
