Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Furnish all design/engineering services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals for the renovation of B4019.

• Identify and provide all necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements.

• Information provided by the Government regarding existing/new construction is approximate and must be field verified by the Contractor.

• Quality control shall be executed in accordance with specification section 01 45 00.00 10.

• Maintain records of all required inspections and corrective actions.

• Mishap reporting to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) is required for all mishaps, accidents, incidents, injuries, illnesses, or property damage.

• Construction shall generally take place during normal duty hours (0700 – 1600 Monday-Friday), with utility outages as an exception. Work outside normal duty hours for schedule adherence will be at no additional cost to the Government.
