- Storing, issuing, managing, and disposing of common hand tools using the Facilities and Equipment Maintenance System (FEMS).
- Inspecting incoming shipments, managing storage space, and supporting inventories.
- Performing minor tool repair and processing toolboxes.
- Maintaining a 90% monthly average completion rate for toolbox production with no quality defects, driven by the needs of newly hired personnel.
- The Supervisor will manage personnel, track time, and resolve disciplinary issues.
- Staffing: Maintain 80% staffing monthly, with vacancies filled within 90 calendar days.

- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
- Period of Performance: Base Period (01 June 2026 – 31 May 2027) through Option Year 4 (01 June 2030 – 31 May 2031).
- Place of Performance: Warner Robins Air Logistic Complex, Building 301 at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. (Note: Satellite tool cribs and Building 321 requirements have been eliminated per latest Q&A).

Key Requirements & Deliverables
