Key Requirements & Deliverables
The contractor must maintain an 80% monthly staffing level and comply with extensive Industrial Safety and Health Requirements outlined in Appendix C, including establishing a detailed Safety and Health Plan. Mandatory Environmental Management System (EMS) and Energy Management System (EnMS) Awareness Training is required for all personnel. Deliverables include Status Reports for EMS/EnMS, a Safety Plan, and Accident/Incident Reports (CDRLs A001-A004). Adherence to the Department of Labor Wage Determination for the specified geographic area is mandatory.
