  • Drinking water samples: Coliform bacteria, inorganic compounds, Synthetic Organic Compounds (SOC), volatile organic compounds (VOC), and Lead/Copper. All analyses must be performed by a laboratory certified by the State of Wisconsin for municipal effluent discharge testing. The contractor is responsible for providing sample kits, preservatives, bottles, and next-day shipment of samples from UMESC (La Crosse, WI) to their testing laboratory, covering all shipping costs.

  4. Price Award will be made to the most advantageous offeror, with technical merit significantly more important than price.
