Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive testing and analytical services for:
- Wastewater samples: Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Phosphorous, Ammonium, Chemical Oxygen Demand, and Total Organic Carbon.
- Drinking water samples: Coliform bacteria, inorganic compounds, Synthetic Organic Compounds (SOC), volatile organic compounds (VOC), and Lead/Copper. All analyses must be performed by a laboratory certified by the State of Wisconsin for municipal effluent discharge testing. The contractor is responsible for providing sample kits, preservatives, bottles, and next-day shipment of samples from UMESC (La Crosse, WI) to their testing laboratory, covering all shipping costs.

Evaluation

- Price Award will be made to the most advantageous offeror, with technical merit significantly more important than price.
