The proposal due date has been extended, providing additional time for offerors to prepare and submit their proposals. The site visit time has also been adjusted.

This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of an Unmanned Fusion Warfare Laboratory (UFWL) at NSWC Crane, Indiana. The estimated construction cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
