The facility will include a vestibule, offices, administration areas, laboratories (including secure labs), secure server and collaboration spaces, badging, breakroom/lobby, restrooms, and utility rooms. The scope also covers associated site work, utilities beyond a 5-foot line, and the purchase and installation of specific personal property items (e.g., Nitrogen Generator, Air Compressor, Fume Hood, Blue Warning Lights). Multiple bid options are available for additional square footage, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), carpet installation, and Emergency Radio Coverage Testing.
