- Technical Support: 24/7/365 telephone and email access.
- On-Site Support: Six-hour emergency response for critical failures (24/7/365) and next business day for non-critical failures.
- Parts & Labor: 100% coverage for all replacement parts, hardware, and associated labor, travel, and expenses.
