Key Amendments & Requirements

• Amendment A005 (Feb 1, 2026): Extended the proposal due date to February 19, 2026, updated various sections (C.9.2, H.5.1, H.5.1a, H.5.3, H.5.5, H.5.6, L & M), added/removed clauses, provided amended exhibits, and designated Berel Dorfman as the new Contracting Officer.
• Amendment A006 (Feb 10, 2026): Provided an updated Exhibit U (Current Incumbent Compensation) and an updated Exhibit S for Task Order 1 (Ottawa-Halifax-Winnipeg) to include a tax Contract Line Item Number for Winnipeg.
