The contractor will provide turnkey design-build services for a temporary, modular 972 sqm USA Pavilion. This includes:

  • Design, construction, and fit-out of the pavilion.
  • Exhibit design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance, with content aligning with the Expo 2027 theme "Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All." Exhibits must be interactive, immersive, and accessible.
  • Operations-period facilities maintenance for approximately three months.
  • Post-Expo decommissioning, dismantling, removal, and site restoration.

  • Past Performance.
  • Sketches of the US Pavilion and Exhibits. Proposals must be submitted in two volumes: Business/Contractor Information/Price and Technical/Management.
