Scope of Work

- Maintenance & Cleaning: Potable water tank cleaning, boiler/engine exhaust stack cleaning, compressed air receiver service, sewage/grey water piping cleaning, fuel oil piping renewal.
- Repair & Renewal: Watertight door/scuttle renewal, window drain pan/line renewal, external deck drain piping repair, fire pump foundation repair, aft ladder well renewal.
- Inspection & Testing: Hull fittings inspection, boat boom inspection, spud winches/wells inspection, steering system relief valve testing, and hull fittings weight handling rigging hardware inspection.
- System Retrofit: Water mist fire protection system retrofit.
- Specialized Tasks: Lead-based paint and asbestos-containing material spot abatement.
All repairs must be performed in accordance with the attached specification (Attachment 2) and the Schedule of Supplies/Services (Attachment 1).
