• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price contract, awarded under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), subject to availability of funds. It is an Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract (IDR).

• Period of Performance: Approximately April 21, 2026, to June 2, 2026.

• Place of Performance: Vessel's Homeport at 196 Tradd Street, Charleston, SC. 29401.
