• The deadline for submitting final quotes or best and final offers (BAFOs) has been extended to 5 March 2026, 1:00 PM PST.

• Item 14 of the solicitation is modified to reflect these changes.

This solicitation is for the repair of the USCGC KENNEBEC, a vessel homeported in Coast Guard District 5. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract (IDR) for drydock repairs. The acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.

• Drydock repairs for the USCGC KENNEBEC.

• Dry-dock Certification and Dry-Dock Calculations are required prior to award.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract (IDR).

• Period of Performance: March 3, 2026 – May 12, 2026.

• Anticipated Award Date: On or about March 2, 2026.

• Quote Validity: 90 days.

• Quotes must be submitted in three parts: Part I - Price Quote, Part II - Technical Capability, and Part III - Past Performance Information.

• Each part must be submitted in a separate email.

• Vendors must be certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access certain export-controlled documents.

• Offerors must provide proof of enrollment in E-verify.

• Offerors must provide proof of insurance.

• Access to certain documents requires JCP certification.

• The solicitation includes numerous FAR and supplemental clauses, including those related to small business, labor, safety, and payment.
