- Bi-annual Inspection and Maintenance of Fire Suppression Systems: Includes dry chemical ANSUL systems at USDB (6 systems, 17 heads) and MWJRCF (5 systems, 11 heads). Inspections are scheduled for March/April and August/September, weekdays between 0800-1600.
- DFAC Hood Cleaning and Inspection: Services for 6 hoods at USDB and 5 hoods at MWJRCF. Work will occur between 2000-0200 (night work), typically 4-7 hours, covering both roof and interior DFAC areas. Scheduled for April 1-30, 2026.
- Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Maintenance: Annual, 6-year, and 5-year inspections and maintenance for various ABC and Class K extinguishers at both USDB and MWJRCF. Scheduled for April 1-30, 2026.
