This amendment (0001) to Solicitation N6264926RL012, dated 21 May 2026, makes the following changes:

• Extends the closing date and time for offers to 22 June 2026 at 2:00 PM Singapore time.

• Provides responses to clarification questions, with answers contained in an attachment titled "Amendment 0001 answers".

• Section A - Solicitation/Contract Form: The "Response Due Date" has been changed from 19 Jun 2026 to 22 Jun 2026.

• The proposal submission deadline has been extended to 22 June 2026.
