• Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to accomplish the Voyage Repair Availability.

• Growth Work (CLIN 0002) is pre-funded to accommodate anticipated growth work, not to exceed 20% of the total proposed cost for CLIN 0001. No work under this CLIN can commence without written authorization from the Contracting Officer.

• Period of Performance: March 23, 2026 - April 5, 2026.

• Place of Performance: Busan, S. Korea (PIER 8).

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price for both CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002.

• Proposals are due by March 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM Korea Standard Time (KST).

• Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, considering price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

• Technical acceptability will be based on the proposed labor hours and material costs, ensuring they are sufficient to understand and complete the scope of work.

• Past performance will be evaluated based on information in the Government's possession and information submitted by the offeror, focusing on timeliness, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction within the last three years.
