Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must refer to FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), and Addendum FAR Part 52.212-2 for specific instructions, guidance, format, and exact requirements. Incomplete or non-responsive quotes will not be considered. Evaluation will be based on a comparative analysis, with Technical Capability and Past Performance combined being equal to Price. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of all amendments.
