Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for Patient Lodging at the Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS). The Network Contracting Office (NCO-10) is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for these services.

• Provide lodging for eligible Veterans and one caregiver before or after scheduled appointments.

• Services include flexible check-in/check-out (24/7), room cleaning, linen changes, and amenity provision.

Wage Determination

This document is a U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination (No. 2015-4833, Revision 30) for the Service Contract Act, applicable to Washtenaw County, Michigan. It establishes the minimum wage rates and fringe benefits required for various occupations employed on federal service contracts in the specified area.
