Rooms must be non-smoking, fully furnished with two permanent standard beds, and available Sundays through Fridays. Key services include providing shuttle transportation to and from the VA Medical Center and the airport, monitoring hotel compliance with health and safety regulations, and serving as the single point of contact for issues.
