Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive office relocation and storage services for SFHCS, its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and other leased spaces within the San Francisco area.

• Relocation Services: Includes pre-move planning, packaging, loading/unloading, delivery, setup, basic furniture assembly, and installation of specialty items. Sensitive equipment (computer, audiovisual, laboratory, hi-tech) requires pad-wrapping. The contractor must provide all packing materials, remove them post-move, and is expected to re-use at least 500 boxes annually.
• Storage Services: Provision of a secured warehouse (7,000-20,000 sq ft) within a 35-mile radius of SFHCS, equipped with racking, CCTV, fire, and safety alarms. Pickup and delivery of assets to/from storage are required.
• Vehicles & Personnel: Contractor must provide box trucks with at least 26 ft. loading capacity (up to six trucks daily). Personnel (drivers and laborers) must be licensed, insured, possess appropriate PPE, and undergo background checks (NACI) for access to VA facilities or data systems.
