• Vehicles: Contractor must provide box trucks with at least 26 ft. loading capacity; up to six trucks may be required daily. Vehicles must be in good repair and comply with all laws.

• Personnel: Contractor must provide a driver and laborers, with the COR determining the exact number. Personnel must be licensed, insured, and possess appropriate PPE. Background checks (NACI) are required for personnel with access to VA facilities or data systems.

• Contract Type: This is a GSA Schedule solicitation for GSA Schedule Holders only.

• Period of Performance: Base period from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with four (4) one-year option periods.
