Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor and supervision for comprehensive janitorial services for the 13,500 sq ft, two-story Fisher House. This includes interior cleaning (common areas, 16 guest suites, offices, bathrooms, linen/storage rooms) and exterior cleaning (porches, patio, parking lot, dumpster area, sidewalks, grassy areas). Specific tasks encompass floor care, trash removal, glass cleaning, dusting, restroom/kitchen cleaning, and stocking supplies. The contractor is also responsible for collecting dirty linens for off-site laundering and stocking clean linens. The VA will provide all cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
Services are required Sunday through Friday (6 days per week), with a minimum of two full-time (8-hour) on-site employees Monday-Friday and one full-time (8-hour) on-site employee on Sunday. Coverage is needed during Fisher House operational hours, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No work is required on Federal Holidays.

All contractor personnel must undergo PIV vetting, including fingerprinting and background checks, with a 30-day grace period for credentialing. English fluency and professional attire are mandatory. The contractor must submit a Quality Control Plan, a contingency plan for staffing, and a detailed schedule within 10 days of award.
