Eligibility & Evaluation
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Bidders must be registered in SAM.gov, have been in business for a minimum of three years, and be licensed to provide Janitorial and Laundry services in Kentucky. Evaluation will consider Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price, with Technical Capability and Past Performance being significantly more important than Price.
Additional Notes
Services are required six days a week (Sunday through Friday), with a minimum of two full-time (8-hour) on-site employees Monday-Friday and one full-time (8-hour) on-site employee on Sunday, covering operational hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All contractor personnel must undergo PIV vetting and background checks, with a 30-day grace period for credentialing. The applicable Wage Determination is 2015-4683, Revision 31, dated December 3, 2025. No site visits will be conducted. Bidders who have already submitted quotes and wish to make changes must resubmit their entire package.
