Services include diagnostic and restorative dental care, specified dental specialty services (Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery, Endodontics, Periodontics, Prosthodontics), and coordination for prescriptions. Services are to be performed at the contractor's professional office during normal business hours. Approximately 30-35 Soldiers in Southwest Virginia are currently classified as Dental Class 3.
