Services must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations and standards, ensuring continuous functionality and security, including maintaining the barrier's DOD K-12 / ASTM F2656 M50 rating. The scope includes physical, mechanical, electrical, and control system maintenance, Allen Bradley PLC diagnostics, fiber optic/copper communications, electrical troubleshooting, and heat trace replacement (for the base year). Contractor personnel will require background investigations for site access.
