This amendment includes a "QUESTIONS and ANSWERS" section that clarifies several aspects of the project, referencing specific parts of the original solicitation and attachments:

• Quantity Takeoffs: Clarifies that detailed quantity takeoffs for retaining walls, asphalt rehabilitation, and gabion work are available in the Final Drawings, sheet 5 of 7.
• Equipment Access & Staging: Confirms equipment access is on the existing trail and the Path to Parking Lot (Final Drawings sheet 2 of 7, Part 1.5.B: SITE ACCESS). Equipment is not to cross the existing pedestrian wooden bridge. It also references Part 1.7.C: STAGING AREA and Part 1.11.A: PROTECTION OF PUBLIC for further details.
• Public Access During Construction: Addresses whether the trail will remain open and the expected traffic control, referencing Part 1.7.C and Part 1.11.A.
