Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The current system, installed in 2005, is obsolete and requires full replacement.

• Deliverables: A complete data package of electronic/Auto-CAD drawings in .dwg and .pdf format, including part numbers, serial numbers, warranty information, and usernames/passwords, is required within two weeks of successful 72-hour burn-in.

• Hazardous Materials: Contractors must comply with Air Force Manual 32-7002 for tracking and managing Hazardous Materials (HM) and Hazardous Waste. While hazardous waste generation is not expected, the contractor is responsible for determining and properly disposing of any generated waste.

• Material Recycling: Contractor shall recycle waste to the maximum practical extent and use FL State permitted landfills for disposal.

• Clean Up: The contractor must maintain clean work areas and leave the site tidy upon completion.

• Coordination: The contractor must cooperate with other contractors and government employees.

• Fire Prevention: Adherence to fire prevention practices and approved storage facilities for flammable materials is required.

• Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited within Air Force Facilities; only designated outdoor areas may be used.

• National Crisis: Services may be required during wartime operations, natural disasters, medical evacuations, or pandemics.

• Closeout Documents: Submission of a completed DD1354, progress schedule (AF Form 3064), and schedule of values (AF Form 3065) are required.
