The requirement is for a Virtual Reality (VR) weapons simulator system (Augmented Reality/Mixed Reality systems are not acceptable) that integrates both hardware and software. Key capabilities include:

• AI-enabled after-action review and intelligent adversary behavior modeling.
• Head-mounted displays, weapon sensors, and recoil-enabled weapon simulators.
• Support for KWA LM4 weapons and magazines (optimal, but other equivalent M4 replicas are considered, and the system must also support the M4A1 and M18 sidearm).
• A Wi-Fi-enabled command terminal laptop and full warranty coverage.
• Ability to support simultaneous training for a four-person fire team within a shared physical space, as well as individual training sessions.
• Haptic feedback suits are essential to simulate being struck by enemy fire, reinforcing realistic decision-making.
• The system must be mobile, head-mounted, and capable of scanning the real-life environment to enable free-roaming tactical movement (e.g., room clearing, structure entry, coordinated team maneuver) within existing facilities. The contractor is not expected to modify physical infrastructure.
