This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure a virtual weapon simulator for Security Forces Training. The simulator aims to provide realistic, interactive weapons training to improve marksmanship, enable "Shoot/No Shoot" training in a safe environment, and reduce the need for live ammunition and range maintenance. It will support operational tasks and use-of-force engagement scenarios.

• System Type: A pre-built, off-the-shelf weapons simulator is acceptable; a custom-built system is not specifically required.
• Weapon Platform: While the KWA LM4 gas blowback is considered optimal due to weight and recoil, there is no strict brand requirement for the M4 replica. The system must also support the M4A1 and M18 sidearm.
• VR Integration: The system should support free-roaming tactical movement (e.g., room clearing, structure entry, coordinated team maneuver) and enable the generation of a digital map of the physical training area for immersive training within existing buildings.
• Team Training: Training for a four-person fire team requires all members to operate within the same shared physical space for true team movement and communication.
• Facility Requirements: The system is intended for installation within an existing space, not a purpose-built training facility. Facility standards referenced are informational only; the contractor is not expected to modify physical infrastructure.

The simulator is intended to provide realistic, interactive weapons training to improve marksmanship skills, enable "Shoot/No Shoot" training in a safe environment, and offer opportunities for additional firing classes while saving resources.

• Software and hardware components including mixed reality combat simulator, AI-powered after-action review, smart AI enemies, head-mounted displays, weapon sensors, weapon simulators with recoil, KWA LM4 weapon and magazines, command terminal laptop, WiFi enabled, and feedback suits.
