Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Evaluation will assess Technical Capability (rated as Acceptable or Unacceptable) and Price. Only technically acceptable proposals will proceed to price evaluation. Required documentation includes Standard Form 18, completed Representations and Certifications (Section K), the Contractor Pricing Breakdown (J-1), and the Work Specification Package (J-2).
