  • Fuel Trailer: At least one diesel fuel trailer (minimum 780 gallons) or two 500-gallon units, capable of highway transport without a HazMat certificate.
  • Operational Requirements: Minimum uptime standard, breakdown response within 3 calendar days, preventive maintenance, mulcher head tooth service (every 300 hours), repairs, parts replacement, and labor.
  • Hurricane Preparedness: Contractor must pick up excavators and skid steers for storage during a hurricane and return them afterward. The fuel trailer remains at the Refuge.
  • Equipment Rental Protection package is required for all equipment.
