Statement of Work (SOW)

• Work Areas: Standard residential layouts including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining rooms, closets, staircase, and hallway.

• Painting Details:

  • Surfaces require patching, cleaning (SSPC-SP-1 solvent cleaning), priming, and caulking.
  • Use Benjamin Moore low VOC color White Dove OC-17 or approved equal.
  • Paint sheens: Gloss for walls, semi-gloss for ceilings and trim.
  • Specific areas include main floor, mudroom, stairwell, and basement bedroom.
