- Wall Repairs: Two (2) general labor personnel to complete 10-50 task orders per week. AGR will provide materials; contractor supplies tools.
- Painting: Eight (8) professional painters to complete 5-20 task orders per week. AGR provides paint; contractor supplies brushes, rollers, and other consumables.
- Flooring: Four (4) professional installers to complete 5-20 task orders per week. AGR provides materials; contractor supplies tools.
- Ceilings: Two (2) general labor personnel to complete 5-20 task orders per week. AGR provides materials; contractor supplies tools. General responsibilities include daily cleanup, material disposal, and asbestos abatement for areas under 100 sq ft. All work must be performed during normal working hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
