• Wall Repairs: Provide two (2) general labor personnel for 90 days, 8 hours/day, Mon-Fri. Complete 10-50 task orders per week. AGR will provide materials. Walls are constructed of concrete, gypsum board, plaster, and block, with various overlays. Contractor supplies tools.

• Painting: Provide eight (8) professional painters for 90 days, 8 hours/day, Mon-Fri. Complete 5-20 task orders per week. AGR will provide paint. Contractor supplies brushes, rollers, coverings, tape, cleaning supplies, etc.

• Flooring: Provide four (4) professional flooring installers for 90 days, 8 hours/day, Mon-Fri. Complete 5-20 task orders per week. AGR will provide materials. Floors include vinyl plank, seamless, tile, thresholds, and carpet. Contractor supplies tools.

• Ceilings: Provide two (2) general labor personnel for 90 days, 8 hours/day, Mon-Fri. Complete 5-20 task orders per week. AGR will provide materials. Ceilings are gypsum board, plaster, and metal grid. Contractor supplies tools.

• General: Contractor responsible for daily cleanup, material disposal, and asbestos abatement (under 100 sq ft; larger projects require modification).
