  • Painting: Eight (8) professional painters for 90 days (8 hours/day, Mon-Fri) to complete 5-20 task orders weekly. Contractor supplies brushes, rollers, coverings, and cleaning supplies.
  • Flooring: Four (4) professional flooring installers for 90 days (8 hours/day, Mon-Fri) to complete 5-20 task orders weekly. Floors include vinyl plank, seamless, tile, thresholds, and carpet.
  • Ceilings: Two (2) general labor personnel for 90 days (8 hours/day, Mon-Fri) to complete 5-20 task orders weekly. Ceilings include gypsum board, plaster, and metal grid.
  • General Requirements: Daily cleanup, material disposal, and asbestos abatement for sections under 100 square feet (no certification required for these smaller areas; larger projects require modification). Work is generally during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, M-F). Contractors must have at least 5 years of professional experience in painting, flooring, and general repair, and provide a one (1) year warranty on all services.
