Period & Place of Performance

The services will be performed at Fort Hood, Texas 76544, specifically at designated religious facilities. The anticipated Period of Performance includes a Base Year from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, followed by four 12-month option years, extending potentially through March 31, 2031.

Key Requirements & Capabilities

Contractors will be expected to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies. Key capabilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
  • Ensuring personnel possess current CPR and First Aid certifications and comply with background check requirements (CNACI, IRC), child abuse prevention training, and security protocols (AT Level I, iWATCH, OPSEC).
