Purpose & Scope
This RFI is solely for information, planning, and market research purposes to assess industry capabilities for providing comprehensive water tower services. The anticipated IDIQ contract would cover paint, service, maintenance, and inspection of four water towers with a total capacity of 875,000 gallons: Tower 2 (250,000 gal), Tower 5 (250,000 gal), Tower 7 (125,000 gal), and Tower 808 (250,000 gal). The services are expected to span a five-year period and include interior cleaning and inspection every five years, with annual exterior checks. Work must comply with AWWA Standards D100/D102 and Florida DEP 62-555.350.
