Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide, install, set up, tear down, and remove event tents, tables, chairs, and table linens. All equipment must be new, clean, uniform, and damage-free. Specific requirements, as per the latest Statement of Work (SOW), include:
- Tents: One 40'x80' Commander's Tent (3 walls), one 40'x40' Main Venue Entry Tent (no walls), one 20'x40' Thunder Bird's Friends & Family Tent (3 walls), one 20'x20' EFMP Tent (4 sides), one 20'x20' Performer Tent (3 walls), and two 15'x15' Media & Autograph Tents (no walls). All tents must be white.
- Tables & Chairs: Twenty Cocktail Tables, Seven Hundred Seventy-Four White Folding Chairs. Tables and chairs must be white.
- Linens: Twenty Cocktail Table Linens, Twenty 6ft Round Linens, Twenty-Four 30"x72" Table Linens. Linens must be uniform (all blue OR all black, not mixed). Installation is scheduled for April 23, 2026 (0700-2000), with removal by April 26, 2026 (2359). Teardown can begin no earlier than 1700 on April 26, 2026. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and compliance with federal, military, state, and local laws, including safety and fire codes. Contractor employees requiring base access must obtain security badges and provide necessary personal information for vetting.
