Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation.
- Saco Ranger District (Conway, NH):
- Upgrade one 400-ampere circuit breaker/current transformer cabinet.
- Upgrade one 400-ampere electrical panel with breakers.
- Upgrade one 24-circuit load center with breakers.
- Ensure all grounding, wiring, and materials comply with NFPA NEC 2023.
- Remove all upgraded components and generated waste.
- WMF Headquarters (Campton, NH):
- Remove a damaged transformer from the "Unheated Warehouse."
- Assess and replace any damaged wiring, conduit, circuit breakers, or grounding material.
- Install one 400-ampere step-down transformer (480V input, 240V output, 3-phase).
- Commission all installed equipment for proper functioning. All work must comply with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and USDA Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) clauses.
