The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation. All work must comply with NFPA National Electric Code 2023, applicable FAR/AGAR clauses, and prevailing wage rates for Carroll and Grafton Counties, NH. Any damaged wiring, breakers, or grounding identified during assessment must be included in the base quote. All circuits must be operational within five days of work commencement.
