Relevant experience for evaluation is defined as:
- Airfield Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Pavement: New construction of an airfield PCC pavement (runway, taxiway, or apron) of at least 20,000 square meters with a minimum concrete thickness of 300 mm. Projects must be $30 million or more and completed/substantially completed within 15 years of solicitation issuance. Flexible pavement is not considered.
- Aviation Fuel System: New construction of an aviation fuel system (fuel pits and underground piping) valued at approximately $2 million or more. Projects must be completed/substantially completed within 10 years of solicitation issuance.
