The comprehensive overhaul of Work Boat Large #1 (46WB1501) includes:
- Towing, docking, and undocking services.
- Cleaning, ultrasonic testing, visual inspection, and preservation of the underwater hull.
- Replacement of zinc anodes, repair of pusher knees, and hull D-rubber.
- Replacement of roller chocks, manual winches, and winch brakes.
- Shading/tinting of pilot house windows, cabin preservation/repairs, and pilothouse roof repair.
- Removal and installation of new batteries, repair and preservation of hatches, doors, and ladders.
- Removal and replacement of engine exhaust piping.
- Extensive testing, including dock trials and river/sea trials. Work must adhere to high-quality commercial marine industry standards and comply with all applicable regulations.
