  • Towing, docking, and undocking services.
  • Cleaning, ultrasonic testing, visual inspection, and preservation of the underwater hull.
  • Replacement of zinc anodes, repair of pusher knees, and hull D-rubber.
  • Replacement of roller chocks, manual winches, and winch brakes.
  • Shading/tinting of pilot house windows, cabin preservation/repairs, and pilothouse roof repair.
  • Removal and installation of new batteries, repair and preservation of hatches, doors, and ladders.
  • Removal and replacement of engine exhaust piping.
  • Extensive testing, including dock trials and river/sea trials. Work must adhere to high-quality commercial marine industry standards and comply with all applicable regulations.

  • Eligibility: This solicitation is open only to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan and possessing an active U.S. MSRA/ABR as a "Prime Contractor." Firms without this are ineligible for award.
