Scope of Work
The requirement is to provide:
- Four (4) electric, height-adjustable workbenches. These must be 30-40" adjustable height, 30" deep, with a 1" solid surface countertop (similar to Corian "Savannah"), powder-coated steel frame, mobile with lockable casters, integrated backstop and shelf lip, adjustable shelving, at least six electrical outlets, and an adjustable monitor mounting arm. Specific lengths and column counts are detailed in the specification sheet.
- Nine (9) electric, height-adjustable workstations. These must also be 30-40" adjustable height, 30" deep, with a 1" solid surface countertop (similar to Corian "Savannah"), powder-coated steel frame with leveling pads, and a USB/Power grommet. Specific lengths are required.
Delivery is Free On Board (FOB) to the Kyle Health Center, 1000 Health Ctr Rd, Kyle, SD 57752. The contractor must notify the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital Facility Manager 24 hours prior to delivery. Clinic maintenance staff will assist with unloading and assembly of accepted items. The period of performance is six (6) months from the date of award.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Mary Sarenana (Baird) at mary.sarenana@ihs.gov. Submissions must be on company letterhead, signed, dated, and include the solicitation number (75H70626Q00095), company details, a technical description demonstrating compliance with specifications, warranty terms, pricing (all-inclusive), "Remit to" address, acknowledgment of amendments, and a statement of agreement with all terms. Quotes must be firm for at least 60 days.
Eligibility: This procurement is restricted to ISBEEs. Non-eligible quotes will be rejected. Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotes will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis for technical acceptability against the Spec Sheet and Statement of Objectives (SOO), and price reasonableness. Award will be made on an "all or none" basis.
