Rental shall include water, regular and emergency pest control, and 24-hour security. All units must be within 15 miles of the Charles George VA Medical Center to ensure timely access for emergencies. Monthly single invoice billing for all four units is required. Facility descriptions, capabilities (including handicapped accessible rooms), and current fire safety inspection approvals must be provided. A site visit with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) is required prior to contract award and periodically thereafter.

Submission Requirements
