Scope of Work

Each apartment must include a bathroom, full kitchen (range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), and a separate living room. Furnishings must include a full-size washer/dryer, a minimum 25-inch flat-screen TV, and complete bedroom, living room, and kitchen/dining room furniture, along with basic kitchenware. All utilities (Water, Electric, Heat, A/C, Trash, Sewer, HOA Fees) must be included. Services also require pest control (regular and emergency) and 24-hour security. The contractor must provide a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) within 30 days of award and submit monthly single invoices for all four units. Note: The Statement of Work has been revised by Amendment 0001; bidders must review the updated SOW.
