• HVAC: Modifications and upgrades to the existing HVAC system, including new air handling units, ensuring proper room pressurization, temperature controls, and humidification systems.

• Compliance: Adherence to all applicable local, state, federal, and national codes, VA directives, design guides, and FDNY fire safety protocols. Strict implementation of ICRA hard barriers and negative pressure machines is mandatory.
• Technology: Contractors are required to utilize the VISN 2 Autodesk Build Construction Management Platform (ACC) for all contract submissions and official project correspondence.
