• SDVOSB Set-Aside: The project is a 100% set-aside for SDVOSBs. Prime contractors must be certified, or joint ventures must comply with specific requirements.
• Site Visit: A second site visit will not be scheduled.
• RFI/Question Deadlines: The question deadline will not be extended. Late questions may not receive a response.
• Proposal Due Date: The proposal due date will not be extended at this time, but extension may be considered if deemed necessary.
• Stored Materials: Payment for procured and/or stored materials is at the Contracting Officer's discretion and not a guaranteed financing method.

• Phase II Work: Phase II is completed and the contractor has demobilized. Any work associated with Phase II is included in the base bid.
• Utilities: Contractors are responsible for permits related to environmental and LDP. All utilities are privately owned.
• COVID-19: COVID-19 requirements will not apply to this project.
• Tuberculosis Screening: Compliance with TB screening protocols (Section 1.16) is required.
• Fire Alarm: Notifier by Honeywell is the required manufacturer.
• HVAC Controls: A new standalone Tridium Niagara system is to be installed.
• Fireproofing: Not required for Type IIB construction.
• Seismic Classification: Site Class is C, and Seismic Design Category is B. Specification section 13 05 41 remains applicable.
• Glycol: 30% glycol is required for air handling units and heat trace.

• Evaluation Methodology (Factor 1 Past Performance): Evaluation will be based on recency, relevancy, and quality. Projects must have been completed by the Offeror as the prime contractor within the last five (5) years and be 100% complete. Projects older than 10 years, or not completed by the prime contractor, will not be evaluated. Projects under $7.5 million will not be evaluated.
