Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must submit a Bid Guarantee (SF 24) and will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds (SF 25A, SF 25) for 100% of the contract price. A certification for Limitations on Subcontracting (85% for non-VIP SDVOSB/VOSB for general construction) is also required.
