The work is a phased project to ensure minimal disruption and maintain 24/7 Medical Center operations. The scope includes base bid work in Buildings 4, 7, 90, 94, and 225, with options for additional buildings (6, 8, 202, 219, 226, 5, 93). All work must comply with relevant codes and standards, including UBC, NFPA, UFAS, and VA Specifications. The contractor must provide a dedicated Superintendent, who is a key position and cannot be subcontracted, and submit an approved safety plan. Bidders should also account for Pre-Construction Risk Assessment (PCRA) and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) requirements.

Contract Details
