Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel to complete the modernization of eight elevators (A-East Passenger, A-West Passenger, B-Passenger, B-Service, C-Passenger, D-Passenger, E-Passenger, and K-Freight). This includes the installation of new controls, motors, electrical systems, emergency phones, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, cables, data, fire alarms, fire suppression, and new car interiors. Eligibility & Submission
This is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside. Offerors must be certified as SDVOSBs by the SBA and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of proposal submission and award. Proposals must be submitted via email to Lucretia.Maloney@va.gov and Megan.Dohm@va.gov, organized into four volumes: Past Performance, Contractor Qualifications, Price, and Administrative. A Bid Guarantee (SF 24) is required, not less than 20% of the proposal price, not to exceed $3,000,000. Payment and Performance Bonds (SF 25A and SF 25) will be required upon award.
