- Detailed construction background related to abatement experience in hospital environments (project description, company role, costs)
- Business size (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, SB, Large Business) and plan for the 25% small business requirement
- Qualifications of subcontractors (if applicable)
- Letter from surety regarding bonding capacity

Set-Aside & Eligibility
The forthcoming RFP is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. However, this Sources Sought is specifically to determine the appropriate set-aside for the solicitation (SB, VOSB, or SDVOSB).
